Brief Description:

Air contains 21% Oxygen, 78% Nitrogen, 0.9% Argon and 0.1% other trace gases. AZBEL PSA Oxygen Generation Plant separate this oxygen from Compressed Air through a unique process called Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA). PSA systems are easy to operate and require a minimum of maintenance and service. We uses only high quality components and our systems are designed for 24 hours, 365 days a year operation.

Work Process:

PSA oxygen generators utilize the well-known and mature Pressure Swing Adsorption technology. Atmospheric air comprises of 20-21% oxygen and the PSA process utilizes Zeolite molecular sieves to extract this Oxygen from air. Oxygen at 95% is delivered, while the nitrogen adsorbed by the molecular sieves is vented back into air through the exhaust line.

The Pressure Swing Adsorption process for the generation of enriched oxygen gas from ambient air utilises the ability of a synthetic Zeolite Molecular Sieve to absorb mainly nitrogen. While nitrogen concentrates in the pore system of the Zeolite, Oxygen Gas is produced as a product.
